ONE PRACTICE, THE WHOLE CONTINUUM

Recovery support should not be scattered across a dozen places

Most people piece recovery together from disconnected providers and programs, losing momentum in every gap. Heights Mentoring brings the full range of non-clinical support under one roof and one relationship, so coaching, companionship, aftercare, and coordination all work together, around the life you are actually living.

How It Works

How support begins

01

A private conversation

Confidential and without pressure. We listen first and help you name what is really happening.

02

A support plan

Built around your patterns, your triggers, and the shape of your week.

03

Real-world support

Consistent presence between appointments and after treatment, where recovery is actually tested.

04

Coordinated care

We work alongside your clinical team when one exists, or help you build one through Heights Behavioral Health.

Where Mentoring Fits

Non-clinical support that works with your care

Heights Mentoring is a private, non-clinical recovery support practice. We do not diagnose or provide therapy, psychiatry, or medical care. When those are the right next step, we coordinate with licensed providers and our sister clinical practice, Heights Behavioral Health, so nothing falls through the cracks.

The Road Home

The road from treatment to a life of your own

Clinical care moves in steps, and each one matters. But the most dangerous stretch is the one nobody staffs: the space between the last program and a life that holds on its own. That is exactly where we work.

01

Detox

Medical stabilization, safely managed

02

Inpatient

Residential care, around the clock

03

PHP

Full-day treatment, evenings at home

04

IOP

Treatment that shares the week with real life

Questions

Service questions, answered

It depends on risk and timing rather than preference. A high-risk window such as discharge, travel or a major event calls for a sober companion. Ongoing structure over months calls for recovery coaching. Daily life falling apart calls for life skills coaching. Several providers to juggle calls for case management. Call and we will tell you honestly.

Yes, and most engagements are a combination. A common shape is companion support through a discharge window, stepping down into coaching, with case management running underneath while multiple providers are involved. Everything is quoted in writing before it starts.

No. Every service on this page is non-clinical recovery support. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. We work alongside therapists, psychiatrists and treatment programs, and where you do not have them we help you build a clinical team.

Cost tracks intensity: virtual coaching, in-person coaching, daily companion and live-in companion are very different arrangements. We are private-pay by design, quote in writing with travel itemised, and step engagements down rather than holding people at an intensity they no longer need.

Often within a day or two, and sometimes same-day for a discharge or an urgent situation. Call (713) 337-5063 and tell us your timeline.

Yes. Virtual mentoring works well for many situations, and we travel for companion engagements including out of state. See where and how we work.

Yes. Adolescent mentoring covers roughly thirteen to eighteen with a model built around school and parents. Eighteen and older is young adult recovery.
