Talk to a Real Person. Today.
REACH US DIRECTLY
Three Ways to Start the Conversation.
However you reach us, you speak with a clinician-led team, not a call center. Nothing you share is ever used for marketing.
Speak With a Clinician
Call any time. One conversation is usually enough to know what would help. If we are with a client, you will hear back the same day.
Write to Us Privately
Good for sharing background or asking on behalf of a family member. Your message goes directly to our intake team, never to a marketing list.
Meet Us in The Heights
By appointment, in person at our Heights office, virtually, or in the client’s real-world environment when appropriate.
WHAT TO EXPECT
What Happens When You Call.
01
You Tell Us What Is Going On
A licensed clinician listens, for yourself or someone you love. No script, no intake quota. The conversation is confidential from the first hello.
02
We Give You an Honest Read
We tell you plainly what fits: mentoring, sober coaching, companion support, intervention help, or a referral elsewhere if that is what is right.
03
You Decide the Next Step
If it makes sense to work together, we outline scope, frequency, and pricing in plain terms. If you need time, you take it. No follow-up pressure, ever.

Send a Confidential Note
We respond personally, usually the same day, and your message goes directly to our intake team, never to a marketing list. It helps to include:
- Who the support is for: yourself, a family member, or a client
- What is happening right now, in your own words
- The best way and time to reach you privately
Confidential Consultation Request
Submitting this form does not create a clinical relationship. For anything urgent, please call us directly at (713) 337-5063.

Get DirectionsCall Before You ComeFOR REFERRING PROFESSIONALS
A Discreet Resource for Your Clients.
Therapists, psychiatrists, treatment programs, attorneys, and family advisors call us when a client needs structured, real-world support that weekly appointments cannot provide: step-down from residential care, sober coaching, companion support, medication-routine accountability, or a steady professional presence at home. We work as an extension of your care plan, not a replacement for it. With written authorization, we coordinate directly with you and keep communication clean, documented, and discreet.
Speak Clinician to ClinicianBEFORE YOU CALL
It Helps to Know What You Are Asking For
You do not need a plan to reach out. It does help to know roughly which door you are knocking on, so the first conversation gets somewhere useful.
Someone Leaving Treatment Soon
The handoff out of a program is the highest-risk week there is. Start with aftercare and treatment transition support or a sober companion.
A Loved One Who Will Not Engage
When the person is not ready and the family is out of moves, look at professional intervention and family support.
Steady, Ongoing Structure
If treatment is done and daily life is the problem, start with recovery coaching or life skills coaching.
Not sure which fits? Call (713) 337-5063 and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is a different provider. See also our levels of care guide.
ONE CALL
The Hardest Part Is Picking Up the Phone.
Heights Mentoring is founded and led by licensed clinicians. Tell us where things stand, and we will help you sort out the rest. Confidential, no pressure, no obligation.

What happens when I call?
Is the first conversation really free?
Will you talk to me if I am the family member, not the client?
How quickly can support start?
Do you take insurance?
What if we are not in Houston?
If this is an emergency, call 911. If you or someone you love is in a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.
