WHAT OUR TEAM DELIVERS
What Concierge Recovery Support Looks Like
Private, clinician-informed support delivered the way you actually live, on your schedule, in your setting, and with complete discretion.
RECOVERY MENTORING
One-on-One, Between the Appointments
A private mentor who turns treatment goals into daily routines: accountability check-ins, relapse-prevention planning, and real-time support during the moments that actually test recovery. Delivered in person, in-home, or virtually, with discreet coordination alongside your therapist or physician.
INTERVENTION SUPPORT
Calm, Private, and Fully Planned
Clinician-informed intervention planning for families ready for a change. We prepare the family, coach language and boundaries, guide the conversation itself, and coordinate a seamless handoff to the right level of care, handling the logistics with discretion for high-visibility families.
SOBER COMPANIONING
Trusted Presence, When It Matters Most
Consistent, discreet companionship through the highest-risk windows: the first weeks after treatment, travel, business trips, court dates, and medical procedures. Coverage scales from daily hours to around-the-clock support, is travel-ready across the country, and is handled with strict discretion and clear privacy expectations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions About Our Team
Who leads Heights Mentoring?
Heights Mentoring is owner-led by Joni Ogle, LCSW, CSAT, our Chief Executive Officer, and Zoe Pulido, our Chief Operating Officer. Joni sets the clinical vision and standards, while Zoe leads operations and the client experience. The people who set the standard are the same people close to the day-to-day work.
What are the credentials behind your recovery mentoring?
Our clinical leadership holds a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) credential. That clinical foundation guides how our mentors are selected, supported, and held to a consistent, ethical, person-centered standard.
Are your recovery mentors vetted and guided?
Yes. Our mentors are carefully vetted and guided against clinical standards set by our leadership. This clinician-informed approach keeps support grounded, accountable, and consistent, whether we are meeting in person in The Heights, in your home across greater Houston, or virtually.
Is Heights Mentoring a treatment program or clinical care?
No. Heights Mentoring is a private, non-clinical recovery and mental health mentoring practice. We do not diagnose, provide therapy, prescribe, offer detox, or replace emergency care. We provide real-world mentoring, coaching, and companion support, and we coordinate with clinical providers when that is the right next step.
Do you coordinate with my therapist or treatment team?
Yes, when authorized. We can coordinate with your existing care team and with our sister clinical practice, Heights Behavioral Health, so your support stays connected and nothing falls through the cracks between clinical care and daily life.
Where does your team provide recovery mentoring?
We serve clients in person at our office at 1009 Yale Street, Unit A in The Heights, in-home across greater Houston including River Oaks, Memorial, West University, Tanglewood, and Bellaire, virtually, and through concierge support across the United States for travel and high-visibility clients.
