OUR MISSION
Support That Meets People Exactly Where They Are
Recovery does not happen in a vacuum. It happens at home, at work, in relationships, and in the small daily decisions that either build stability or chip away at it. Heights Mentoring exists to walk alongside people in that real-world space, with structure, accountability, and honest guidance, so the work continues long after a session ends. We are founded and led by licensed clinicians, and everything we do is private, judgment-free, and built around the person in front of us.
OUR LEADERSHIP
Founded and Owned by Two People Who Answer the Phone
Joni Ogle, LCSW, CSAT
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER · CO-OWNER
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Joni founded Heights Mentoring on one conviction: care should never be cookie-cutter, because people are not. She sets the clinical philosophy and standards behind everything we do, and she stays close to the work, helping families think through hard decisions and making sure the support we offer is honest, ethical, and right for the person.
Zoe Pulido
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER · CO-OWNER
Zoe builds and runs the systems that make high-touch support dependable. From the first phone call through coordination with a client’s wider care team, she makes sure the experience is consistent, discreet, and follows through on what was promised. Her focus is simple: that every client and every family feels the difference between being managed and being genuinely supported.
WHAT WE DO
Structure and Support for Daily Life
We provide one-on-one recovery mentoring, sober coaching, sober companion support, intervention support, and family coaching, in person across Houston and The Heights, virtually, or in the client’s real-world environment when that helps most. We also support executives and high-visibility clients who need discretion. With consent, we coordinate directly with therapists, psychiatrists, and treatment programs so everyone is rowing in the same direction.
HOW WE FIT
A Complement to Clinical Care, Not a Replacement
Heights Mentoring is non-clinical, supportive mentoring and coaching. We are not a treatment program, and we do not provide therapy, medical care, or diagnosis. If someone needs detox, inpatient stabilization, or a higher level of clinical care, we will say so plainly and help point toward the right resource. Where clinical treatment is already in place, we strengthen the structure and follow-through between sessions.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Our Core Values
Discretion
Privacy is the baseline. We hold professional standards for confidentiality, especially for public-facing and high-visibility clients.
Accountability
Clear expectations and steady follow-through. We help turn intentions into routines that actually hold.
Clinician-Led
Founded and led by licensed clinicians, so the guidance you get is grounded, ethical, and honest about fit.
Structure
Calm, consistent routines that reduce relapse risk and create stability in everyday life.
Real-Life Integration
Support for work, school, family, and the responsibilities that recovery has to fit into.
Coordination
With consent, we align with therapists, psychiatrists, and treatment teams so care stays connected.
